Options and services can be booked by the client after reception of the rental agreement. Services must be booked at least 45 days before the beginning of the stay.

Services including products, accessories and kits could be unavailable depending on stock. You payment is made under the condition of availability, in case of cancellation from our part, you will receive total or partial refund. Hence the need to order the services very early. A para-hoteliers service validated and paid by you will not be refundable.

Please note : Some services are not available for every type of rental and depend on the period. Inquire beforehand. Products from the packages offered could change according to stock and supplier’s availability, without affecting the nature and quality of the service. When you book a package including products you accept that they could be subject to change.
